Mousepad
Piz pairs the mouse with the Artisan Ninja FX Zero Soft Black, which he has used since September 2024.
The pad is cloth, 3 mm thick, with stitched edges. Its overall glide is control-oriented. The static friction of 41.3 and dynamic friction of 2.51 put numbers on that: the pad is built for stopping and controlling the mouse, not for maximum slide.
The X/Y glide difference is 11.2%. That is the gap between how the pad glides horizontally and vertically.

Mouse settings
Piz's Fortnite setup combines 800 DPI with a 4000 Hz polling rate. The 7.0% X and Y sensitivities are identical, so horizontal and vertical speed match.
The other four values are multipliers of that base speed, not separate speeds. Targeting and Scope Sensitivity are both 35.0%, so aiming down sights and scoping are slower than the base. Building and Editing Sensitivity are both 100.0%, which keeps those modes at the same speed as the base.

Should you buy Piz's mouse?
The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black is a symmetrical, ambidextrous mouse. It measures 12.42 cm long, 6.06 cm wide and 3.96 cm high, and weighs 59 g. It suits players who want a low-weight wireless mouse with a symmetrical shape.
The alternatives trade off as follows:
- Logitech G Pro X Superlight Black (14 pros use it now): the original model has the same length, width and height, but it is 3 g heavier. It has Omron switches and a HERO sensor, where the Superlight 2 has LIGHTFORCE Hybrid switches and the HERO 25K.
- ZOWIE U2-DW Black (6 pros use it now): 1 g heavier, 0.12 cm shorter, 0.26 cm narrower and 0.16 cm lower. It is the shortest and narrowest mouse in this comparison, and it has a PAW3950 sensor and Huano switches.
- Razer Viper V2 Pro Black (1 pro uses it now): the same 59 g weight, but 0.15 cm longer, 0.08 cm wider and 0.19 cm lower. It is the lowest mouse in the comparison, and it has a Focus Pro 30K sensor and Razer Optical switches.
Pick the Superlight 2 for the exact shape and weight Piz uses. Choose the ZOWIE for a slightly smaller footprint, or the Viper V2 Pro for a lower profile at the same weight.
