What Mouse Does Clix Use?

Finalmouse ULX Sakura vs the standard model

The ULX Sakura is a limited-edition ULX, not a Clix signature mouse. Finalmouse's product page describes a colour made from weeping cherry blossoms and a run of 10,000 units.

Finalmouse states no other change from the standard ULX. The sensor (Finalsensor), optical switches, wireless connection and ambidextrous shape all match the regular line. The Sakura is a colourway, not a different mouse.

The ULX Large lists the same weight, length, width and height as the Sakura. The ULX Medium he used before is 1 g lighter, 0.47 cm shorter and 0.22 cm narrower than the Sakura.

Clix's mouse history

Every mouse in his history is a Finalmouse. The path runs from two Air58 Ninja variants (CBB, then CBR) to the Ultralight X line.

The Ultralight X Medium was his longest period at 20.5 months (1.7 years), from May 2024 to January 2026. The Air58 Ninja CBR is next at 13.6 months (1.1 years), and the Air58 Ninja CBB lasted 6.5 months.

The Sakura is the third switch in a history of 4 periods, and its 8.8 months are still running. It stays inside the Ultralight X line, going from the Medium to the Sakura.

Mousepad

Since July 2026 he has used the DR3AMIN Ivory, a 3 mm cloth pad with stitched edges. It replaced the Matrix x Clix XXL Mousepad, which he used from September 2022 to July 2026, or 46.2 months. That is longer than any single mouse period in his history.

The Ivory is a recent change, at 3.2 months so far. It arrived about six months after the switch to the Sakura.

Mouse settings

He runs 800 DPI at 1000 Hz, although the mouse supports polling rates up to 8000 Hz. The 1000 Hz setting is the lowest option on the Sakura.

His X-axis sensitivity is 8.7% and his Y-axis sensitivity is 6.3%, so horizontal movement is set faster than vertical. Targeting sensitivity is 60.0% and scope sensitivity is 35.0%. Building and editing both sit at 100%.

Should you buy Clix's mouse?

The Sakura is an ambidextrous, wireless mouse at 37 g and 12.6 cm long. It suits players who want an ultralight, symmetrical shape with optical switches and a polling rate up to 8000 Hz.

The alternatives trade off in small steps:

• Finalmouse Ultralight X Large: the same weight, length, width and height as the Sakura, and the same specs overall. It is the closest match.
• Finalmouse Ultralight X Medium: 1 g lighter, 0.47 cm shorter, 0.22 cm narrower and 0.09 cm lower. It is the model he used for 20.5 months before the Sakura.
• FinalMouse Starlight X Nightfall: 1 g heavier, 0.2 cm shorter and 0.1 cm taller, with the same width. It uses Huano switches and polls at 8000 Hz only.

Because the Sakura is a limited edition with a run of 10,000 units, the standard Ultralight X Large is the straightforward way to get identical dimensions and weight.
