Should you buy Seoldam's mouse?
The Viper V3 Pro is an ambidextrous, wireless mouse. It weighs 54 g and measures 12.71 cm long, 6.39 cm wide and 3.99 cm tall. The shape is symmetrical, so it suits players who want a straightforward, even outline without a right-hand sculpt. Its length and width sit close to the alternatives below. Weight is the clearest difference.
Among the four mice compared here, it is the heaviest. The alternatives trade that weight for different sensors and switches:
- Razer Viper V4 Pro Black: 5 g lighter, with the same length, width and height. It uses the Focus Pro 30K sensor and Razer Optical Gen-4 switches. 10 pros use it now.
- ASUS ROG Harpe Ace 2 Black: 6 g lighter, 0.11 cm shorter and 0.09 cm narrower, with the same height. It uses the ROG AimPoint sensor and optical switches. 2 pros use it now.
- ASUS ROG Harpe Ace Extreme: 7 g lighter, with the same length and width and 0.09 cm lower. It is the lightest of the four at 47 g. 1 pro uses it now.
All three support 8000 Hz polling and are wireless and ambidextrous. The Viper V4 Pro is the one that keeps the V3 Pro's exact footprint.
