What Mouse Does m0NESY Use?

m0NESY's mouse history

Four periods, three switches, three different models since September 2022. Every model is a Logitech.

The original Superlight lasted 13.2 months (1.1 years). The Superlight 2 then became his longest stretch: 27.2 months (2.3 years) from October 2023 to January 2026.

The SUPERSTRIKE followed and lasted 4.4 months. In early June 2026, ahead of the IEM Cologne Major (final on 2026-06-21), he moved back to the Superlight 2. PC Gamer's September 2026 report on the move puts it before that Major.

Counting both periods, he has spent 31.8 months (2.6 years) on the Superlight 2, and he has returned to it once. The White version in use now has run for 4.6 months.

Mousepad

He uses the SteelSeries QcK Heavy Black, a cloth pad with a control-oriented glide. High static friction and medium dynamic friction mean a pad that takes a bit more force to start moving and then slides at a moderate pace. At 6 mm, with firm foam, it is a thick, stable surface.

He has used it for 41.4 months since May 2023. The first stint ran from September 2022 to February 2023. Between the two he tried the Logitech G740 for 2.4 months and the Xtrfy GP4 for 0.6 months, then returned to the QcK Heavy.

The pad measures 44.5 × 39.7 cm and has no stitched edges.

Mouse settings

400 DPI at 2.3 in-game gives an eDPI of 920, which works out to 45.2 cm/360. That is a low-sensitivity setup: a full turn needs 45.2 cm of mouse travel.

Zoom sensitivity is 1 and Windows sensitivity is 6. Polling is set to 2000 Hz, the maximum the Superlight 2 offers.

The mouse supports DPI from 100 to 32000 in steps of 50, so 400 uses only a small part of the range.

Should you buy m0NESY's mouse?

The Superlight 2 is an ambidextrous wireless mouse measuring 12.42 cm long, 6.06 cm wide and 3.96 cm high. It weighs 59 g. Its long, fairly flat ambidextrous body suits players who want a light mouse with neutral, symmetrical shape and a standard length. It can be bought now.

The alternatives trade off weight, size and features:

• Logitech G Pro X Superlight Black has the same length, width and height, but it is 3 g heavier. It uses the older HERO sensor and Omron switches, and 5 pros use it now.
• Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse is 2 g heavier, 0.62 cm shorter, 0.14 cm wider and 0.06 cm lower. It offers polling up to 8000 Hz and Logitech HITS switches. 15 pros use it now, and m0NESY used it from January to June 2026.
• ZOWIE U2-DW Black is 1 g heavier, 0.12 cm shorter, 0.26 cm narrower and 0.16 cm lower. It has a PAW3950 sensor, and 3 pros use it now.

The Superlight Black is the pick if you want the identical shell. The U2-DW suits a slightly narrower, lower mouse. The SUPERSTRIKE suits a shorter, wider mouse with higher polling options.
