The history has 11 periods, 10 switches and 7 different models. The V4 Pro White is the longest period so far at 6.7 months, and it is still running.

The first three mice came in quick succession from November 2023: the Pulsar X2H Mini for about 12 days, the G-Wolves HTX 4K for 1.4 months and the WLMouse BEAST X Silver for about 15 days. From January 2024 every mouse in the history is a Razer.

The Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition is the model she returned to most. It filled three periods, she came back to it twice, and the total time on it is 6.3 months.

The Razer Viper V3 Pro Faker Edition also comes in two stints: 5.9 months from April 2025, then 5.3 months from October 2025. Total time on it is 11.2 months, the most on any single model. She came back to it once, after a short Viper Mini Signature Edition period of about 21 days.

The V4 Pro White replaced the Faker Edition in March 2026. Match VOD descriptions from October 2026 still list the Razer Viper V4 Pro.

Mousepad

florescent has used the Artisan Ninja FX Zero Soft Black since April 2026, which is 6.3 months. It is a 3 mm stitched cloth pad rated control-oriented. The static friction of 41.3 and dynamic friction of 2.51 fit that rating: this is a pad for stopping precisely rather than gliding far.

The Artisan Ninja FX Zero Soft line has been her base pad for most of the history. The Orange version ran for 14.8 months from January 2024, the longest single pad period. The Artisan Type-99 Soft Black covered April to September 2025.

In March and April 2026 she briefly tried a Razer Gigantus prototype pad (unreleased) and the Razer Gigantus V2 Pro Control before settling on the Black Ninja FX Zero Soft.

Her match VOD descriptions also list an Aeperion Quartz XL in September 2026 and a TYPE99 Soft XL in October 2026.

Mouse settings

The VALORANT setup is 1600 DPI at 0.175 in-game sensitivity, which gives an eDPI of 280 and 46.7 cm/360. Her match VOD descriptions from September and October 2026 list the same sensitivity and DPI.

Scoped and ADS sensitivity are both 0.722, so both zoom states use one value. Windows sensitivity is 6 and Raw Input Buffer is on.

The polling rate is set to 4000 Hz, while the V4 Pro is rated up to 8000 Hz.

Should you buy florescent's mouse?

The Razer Viper V4 Pro White is a 49 g wireless mouse with an ambidextrous shape, 12.7 cm long, 6.4 cm wide and 4.0 cm high. That medium-low profile with symmetrical sides suits players who want a light, compact, neutral shape. It has a Focus Pro 30K sensor, Razer Optical Gen-4 switches and 8000 Hz polling. It is available to buy.

The alternatives keep nearly the same footprint and differ mostly in weight:

• Razer Viper V3 Pro Black: 5 g heavier, with the same length, width and height. It has a Focus Pro 35K Optical Gen-2 sensor and Razer Optical switches. 8 pros use it now.
• ASUS ROG Harpe Ace Extreme: 2 g lighter and 0.1 cm lower, with the same length and width. It has the ROG AimPoint sensor and optical switches. 1 pro uses it now.
• ASUS ROG Harpe Ace 2 Black: 1 g lighter, 0.1 cm shorter and 0.1 cm narrower, with the same height. It also has the ROG AimPoint sensor and optical switches. 1 pro uses it now.

The V3 Pro Black is the closest in shape but carries the most weight. The two ASUS mice are a little lighter and a hair smaller, and they use a different sensor.
