What Mouse Does OXY Use?

OXY's mouse history

Six mice in the history, five switches. Each model appears in a single period.

The longest stretch was the Logitech G Pro X Superlight Black: 18.2 months (1.5 years), from March 2023 to September 2024. The Lamzu Maya X White comes close at 16.5 months (1.4 years).

September 2024 is the busiest month in the table. The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black lasted about 3 days and the Fnatic x Lamzu Maya X 8K about 18 days. The Lamzu Maya X White followed and ran until February 2026.

The last switch was from the Lamzu Maya X White to the Razer Viper Mini in February 2026. OXY's own Nightbot !mouse command, last edited in February 2026, names the Viper Mini. He has used it for 8.4 months.

Mousepad

OXY's current pad is the ZOWIE H-SR-SE BLUE II, a cloth pad he has used since August 2025 (13.9 months).

Before it came five other pads. The HyperX Fury S Pro was first, at 13.9 months. The ZOWIE G-SR-SE Gris followed at 6.9 months, then the Artisan Raiden FX Mid at 3.9 months, the ZOWIE G-SR-SE Blue at 2.9 months and the ZOWIE G-SR-SE Bi at 4.0 months.

Mouse settings

OXY plays VALORANT at 800 DPI and 0.23 in-game sensitivity. That gives an eDPI of 184.00 and 71.0 cm/360.

The Viper Mini's DPI range is 200-8500 in steps of 100, so 800 sits well inside it. His 1000 Hz polling rate is the highest option the mouse offers (125, 500 or 1000).

Scoped and ADS sensitivity are 0.946 and 1. Windows sensitivity is 6, and Raw Input Buffer is on.

Should you buy OXY's mouse?

The Razer Viper Mini is available to buy. It is a small ambidextrous shape: 11.83 cm long, 5.38 cm wide, 3.83 cm high, and 61 g. It is wired, uses a PMW 3359 sensor and Razer Optical switches. It suits players who want a compact, symmetrical mouse and don't need a wireless connection.

The alternatives trade off weight, width and connection:

• VAXEE NP-01S V3 (Deep Purple or Pink): 4 g lighter than the Viper Mini, the same length, 0.32 cm wider and 0.13 cm lower. It is wireless with polling up to 8000 Hz. One player uses each colorway right now.
• Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse: the same weight and length, 0.82 cm wider and 0.07 cm taller. It is wireless with polling up to 8000 Hz. 15 players use it right now.

Both alternatives are wider than the Viper Mini, and both drop the cable.
