What Mouse Does zweih Use?

zweih's mouse history

The record opens in October 2024 with the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black. That period, 9.6 months, is still his longest. Across 8 periods he has made 7 switches and used 7 different models.

The Superlight 2 is the only model he returned to. He moved to the White version in August 2025, and the two colours add up to 13.3 months (1.1 years).

The middle of the timeline is short stints. The Lamzu Maya White lasted about 18 days and the Lamzu Maya X Gray about 9 days. The Lamzu Maya Cloud Grey ran 2.1 months, and the Pulsar eS FS-1 1.3 months.

The Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse then ran 6.5 months, from March to October 2026. Since October 2026 he has used the Lamzu Maya X Champion Edition Purple Shadow, so he is back on a Maya X after the Gray version in December 2025.

Mousepad

Since October 2026 he plays on the Pulsar eS Saturn Pro Black. The pad arrived the same month as the current mouse and replaced the Artisan Type-99 Soft Black, which he used from August 2026.

It is a 50 × 50 cm cloth pad, 4 mm thick, with stitched edges. Its overall glide is rated Control. Static and dynamic friction are both rated Very Low, so the surface is slow to start moving but offers little resistance once it does. The X/Y glide difference is 6.72%.

Mouse settings

In CS2 he runs 800 DPI at 1.28 in-game sensitivity. That gives an eDPI of 1024 and 40.6 cm/360.

Polling is set to 1000 Hz. The Lamzu Maya X Champion Edition Purple Shadow supports 500 to 8000 Hz, and its DPI range is 100 to 30000 in steps of 50, so 800 DPI sits well inside what the sensor offers. Zoom sensitivity is 1 and Windows sensitivity is 6.

Should you buy zweih's mouse?

The Lamzu Maya X Champion Edition Purple Shadow is on sale, so it can be bought. It is ambidextrous and measures 12.4 cm long, 5.7 cm wide and 4.0 cm tall. It weighs 47 g and uses a PAW3950 sensor with optical switches. Of the models compared here, it ties with the Lamzu Maya X Black for the shortest and narrowest body.

The alternatives trade off as follows:

• Lamzu Maya X Black: the same weight, length, width and height, so it is the closest match in size. Button force is listed at 65.3 g. 4 pros use it now.
• Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black: 12 g heavier and 0.36 cm wider, with the same length and height. It has LIGHTFORCE Hybrid switches (98.4 g button force) and a HERO 25K sensor. 21 pros use it now.
• FinalMouse Starlight X Nightfall: 9 g lighter, 0.2 cm wider and 0.1 cm lower, with the same length. It is the lightest mouse in this comparison at 38 g. Its polling rate is fixed at 8000 Hz. 1 pro uses it now.

Pick the Maya X line if a 47 g body with a 5.7 cm width is what you want. Pick the Superlight 2 for a wider, heavier shell. Pick the Starlight X to go lighter still.
