Should you buy Xizt's mouse?
The EC2-A is a wired ergonomic mouse, 12 cm long, 6.6 cm wide and 4 cm tall, weighing 92 g. It is available to buy. Its shape suits players who want a medium-width ergonomic body with a low profile and a cable.
Among the three alternatives, the EC2-A is the heaviest at 92 g. It ties with the EC2-B Divina Blue for shortest length and lowest height.
- ZOWIE EC2-B Divina Blue: the same length and height, 3 g lighter and 0.5 cm narrower. It uses a PMW 3360 sensor. It is the closest in length and height, and the better pick for a narrower body.
- ZOWIE EC2 Black: 5 g lighter and 0.6 cm narrower, but 0.18 cm longer and 0.24 cm taller. It is the narrowest of the group at 6 cm.
- Logitech G403 HERO: 5 g lighter, but 0.4 cm longer, 0.2 cm wider and 0.3 cm taller. It is the longest, widest and tallest of the group, with Omron switches and a HERO sensor. It suits a bigger body.
All three alternatives are wired and ergonomic, like the EC2-A. The trade-off is mostly weight against width and height.
