What Mouse Does tabseN Use?

tabseN's mouse history

The history covers 12 periods, 11 switches and 11 different models. The Zowie Ergo Mouse is the latest, in use since June 2026.

His longest period was on the WLMouse BEAST X Mini Magnesium: 10.6 months, from April 2025 to March 2026. The Pulsar eS FS-1 followed for 2.8 months. The Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse came next and lasted about 18 days.

He has returned to one model, the Logitech G Pro X Superlight. It covers two periods, White and Black, and adds up to 12.2 months (1.0 years). Every other model appears in the history once.

The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black and the Superlight 2 Dex Black ran back to back from April 2024 to February 2025, for 5.4 and 3.9 months.

Mousepad

He plays on the ZOWIE G-SR III, a cloth pad he has used since April 2026. Before it he used the Logitech G640 Black, from October 2024 to April 2026, a stretch of 18.1 months.

The G-SR III is rated Control for overall glide, with high static and high dynamic friction. The foam is firm and the pad is 3.5 mm thick. The glide difference between the X and Y axes is 15.4%.

In practice this is a slower surface with a firm base, and the stitched edges are part of the build.

Mouse settings

In CS2 he runs 400 DPI at 1.6 in-game sensitivity. That gives an eDPI of 640 and 64.9 cm per 360°.

The mouse is set to 1000 Hz polling. Zoom sensitivity is 1.10 and Windows sensitivity is 6.

Should you buy tabseN's mouse?

The Zowie Ergo Mouse is unreleased, so it cannot be bought yet. The closest buyable option is the Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse, his previous main device. It is a wireless, ambidextrous mouse with a HERO 2 sensor and polling rates up to 8000 Hz. It weighs 61 g and measures 11.8 cm long, 6.2 cm wide and 3.9 cm high.

All three alternatives share those dimensions, so the choice comes down to weight and button switches:

• Logitech G Pro X3 SUPERSTRIKE (Magenta Eclipse and Midnight Black): 59 g with Logitech HITS switches. 8 pros use the Magenta Eclipse now and 3 use the Midnight Black.
• Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2c Black: 51 g, the lightest of the four, with LIGHTFORCE Hybrid switches. 1 pro uses it now.

This low, ambidextrous shape suits anyone who wants a mouse with a lower profile. The 2c is the pick if low weight matters most. The two SUPERSTRIKE models trade a few grams for the HITS switch design.
