What Mouse Does mezii Use?

mezii's mouse history

The history runs to 10 periods, 9 switches and 8 different models since September 2022. The table has the full timeline. Three details stand out.

The longest single period belongs to the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black, at 10.8 months (May 2024 to April 2025). The VAXEE XE V2 Fluorescent Green comes close at 10.0 months.

mezii went back to the VAXEE XE Wireless Orange once. It ran from February to November 2023, and he returned to it in February 2024 for another 3.8 months. Its total time is 13.5 months (1.1 years).

Since April 2025 every mouse has been a VAXEE: the XE V2 in Black, Lake Green and Fluorescent Green, then the NP-01S V3 Deep Purple in August 2026. He had tried an NP-01S once before. The VAXEE ZYGEN NP-01S Wireless Blue lasted about 3 days in November 2023.

Mousepad

mezii uses the ASUS ROG Hone Control Ace Vitality Edition. It is a cloth pad with unstitched edges, 4 mm thick. He started using it in August 2026, the same month as the NP-01S V3.

His longest pad period was the Xtrfy GP5 Vitality Yellow at 16.1 months (September 2024 to January 2026).

Mouse settings

The table lists the full CS2 setup. The number to read first is the cm/360. At 54.7 cm per full turn, a complete 360° turn takes 54.7 cm of mouse travel.

The polling rate is set to 2000 Hz. The NP-01S V3 supports 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000 Hz, so he runs it at the second step.

Should you buy mezii's mouse?

The NP-01S V3 is a wireless ambidextrous mouse. It weighs 57g and uses the Core1 sensor with Huano button switches. The shape is symmetrical, so it suits players who want a neutral, lightweight wireless mouse without a right-hand-specific contour. It is available to buy.

The alternatives trade off as follows:

• VAXEE NP-01S V3 Pink: the same mouse in another colour. Weight, length, width and height are all the same.
• Endgame Gear OP1w 4k v2 Black: 1.5 g heavier and 0.3 cm wider, with the same length and height. It has a PMW 3395 sensor and Kailh GX switches, and polling goes up to 4000 Hz.
• Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse: 4 g heavier, 0.5 cm wider and 0.2 cm taller, with the same length. It offers polling up to 8000 Hz, a HERO 2 sensor and Logitech HITS switches. 15 pros currently use it.
