What Mouse Does shxrk Use?

Mousepad

shxrk plays on the Arcaloot Crimson Shadow, a 50 × 50 cm cloth pad with stitched edges. He has used it since September 2026, 1.4 months so far.

Before that he used the Argonpads Topography Speed from March 2026 to September 2026, a period of 5.7 months. The pad changed while the mouse stayed the same.

The square 50 cm footprint and 4 mm thickness describe a large, fairly thick cloth surface.

Mouse settings

In Fortnite, shxrk runs the mouse at 800 DPI and 1000 Hz. The G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE supports polling rates up to 8000 Hz, so 1000 Hz is a setting he has chosen, not a limit of the mouse.

X and Y sensitivity are identical at 6.8%, so horizontal and vertical movement scale the same. Targeting sensitivity is 41% and scope sensitivity is 41.5%, each set separately from the base value.

Building and editing sensitivity are both at 100%, so the game's build and edit modes have their own settings apart from the 6.8% base.

Should you buy shxrk's mouse?

The G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE is available to buy. It is an ambidextrous wireless mouse, 11.8 cm long, 6.2 cm wide and 3.9 cm tall, and it weighs 61 g. The symmetrical shape suits players who want a neutral, evenly proportioned body and not a sculpted one.

The alternatives share the same footprint but differ in weight and internals:

• Logitech G Pro X3 SUPERSTRIKE Magenta Eclipse and Midnight Black: 2 g lighter, with the same length, width and height. They use the same HERO 2 sensor and Logitech HITS switches. DPI is adjustable in steps of 100 instead of 50. One pro uses each of them now.
• Pulsar Susanto-X: 11 g lighter, with the same length, width and height. It uses optical switches and polls at 8000 Hz. Two pros use it now.

For the same shape and feel, the X3 variants are a small step down in weight. The Susanto-X is the choice if less weight matters most and you want optical switches.
