What Mouse Does shroud Use?

shroud's mouse history

Six periods, five switches, five different models, all of them Logitech. The Logitech G303 Shroud Edition anchors the timeline, and the SUPERSTRIKE is the latest stop.

He started the timeline on the G303 Shroud Edition in September 2022 and stayed 11.9 months. In September 2023 he tried the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black for about 15 days, the shortest period in the history, then went back to the G303 Shroud Edition. That second stint ran 16.1 months (1.3 years) and is his longest on any mouse. Across both periods the G303 Shroud Edition adds up to 28.0 months (2.3 years). It is the only model he has returned to.

From January 2025 the changes come faster. The Superlight 2 Dex Black lasted 9.3 months, the Superlight 2c Black 3.6 months, and the Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse has been in use for 7.9 months so far.

Logitech G's official X post of June 3, 2026 shares his HITS code for his PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE settings. A Logitech G TikTok from August 2026 repeats his Superstrike settings.

Mousepad

He plays on the Logitech G840 Darth Vader, a 90 cm by 40 cm cloth pad with stitched edges and medium overall glide. At 3 mm it is a thin pad.

The pad history is shorter than the mouse history. He used the Logitech G840 Shroud Edition from September 2022 to February 2025 (28.8 months), then moved to the Darth Vader version. He has used it for 20.6 months.

Mouse settings

His Marvel Rivals setup runs 1600 DPI at 0.72 sensitivity, which gives an eDPI of 1600. CS2 also uses 1600 DPI, with a lower 960 eDPI and 43.3 cm/360. The Logitech G TikTok that repeats his Superstrike settings also lists 1600 DPI.

Most of his other games run at 800 DPI. The cm/360 figures show how much distance each game asks for: Apex Legends is the shortest at 34.6 cm/360, Overwatch sits at 40.7 cm/360 and VALORANT is the longest at 54.4 cm/360.

Two settings are the same across every game with a listed value. Polling rate is 1000 Hz, even though the mouse supports up to 8000 Hz. Windows sensitivity is 6 wherever it is listed. Acceleration is off in Apex Legends, and VALORANT has Raw Input Buffer on.

Should you buy shroud's mouse?

The Logitech G Pro X2 SUPERSTRIKE Lunar Eclipse is a wireless, ambidextrous mouse that weighs 61 g and measures 11.8 cm long, 6.2 cm wide and 3.9 cm tall. The symmetrical shape works for left- and right-handed users alike. It suits anyone who wants a light wireless mouse of moderate length with a fairly low profile. It uses the HERO 2 sensor and Logitech HITS button switches, and polling goes up to 8000 Hz.

It is a released model and can be bought. The alternatives keep the same footprint and trade off weight, switches and DPI step size:

• Logitech G Pro X3 SUPERSTRIKE Magenta Eclipse and Midnight Black: 2 g lighter, with the same length, width and height. Same HERO 2 sensor and HITS switches. DPI adjusts in steps of 100 instead of 50. One pro currently uses each of them.
• Pulsar Susanto-X: 11 g lighter, with the same length, width and height. It has optical switches and 8000 Hz polling. Two pros currently use it.

Pick the X3 variants for the closest match with a small weight cut. Pick the Susanto-X for the largest weight drop in the same dimensions, with a different switch type.
