Patiphan's mouse history
Patiphan's history has 5 periods, 4 switches and 4 different models. It starts in September 2022 with the FinalMouse Starlight-12, which he used for about 24 days.
The Endgame Gear XM1R is the only model he has returned to. His first XM1R period lasted about 27 days, and the second began in April 2023.
That second period is his longest, since the XM1R is the mouse he uses now. The longest earlier period was the Glorious Model O at 3.2 months.

Mousepad
Patiphan plays on the Yuki Aim Oni Black, a cloth pad measuring 50 x 50 cm. It is 4 mm thick and has stitched edges. He has used it since April 2023, the same month he went back to the XM1R.
Every pad change in his history lines up with a mouse change in the same month, so each mouse period came with its own pad.
Mouse settings
In Apex Legends he plays at 1400 DPI and 1000 Hz, which works out to 39.6 cm/360. The XM1R supports DPI from 400 to 3200 in steps of 100, so 1400 sits inside that range. 1000 Hz is the highest polling rate the mouse offers.
VALORANT uses the same 1400 DPI and 1000 Hz, with a lower in-game sensitivity. That gives 18.7 cm/360, the shortest turn distance of his three games.
In Overwatch he drops to 800 DPI, for 29.9 cm/360.

Should you buy Patiphan's mouse?
The XM1R is available to buy. It is a wired, ambidextrous mouse with a low, compact body. At 12.1 cm it is the shortest of the four mice compared here, and at 70 g it is the second heaviest of the four. It suits players who want a small ambidextrous shape and don't mind a cable.
The alternatives trade off as follows:
- ZOWIE S2-C: 1 g lighter, 0.11 cm longer and 0.22 cm wider, with the same height. It is wired and uses the PMW 3360 sensor. One pro uses it now.
- ZOWIE U2-DW Black: 10 g lighter, 0.2 cm longer and 0.1 cm narrower, with the same height. It is the lightest of the four and the only wireless one, with polling up to 4000 Hz. Six pros use it now.
- ZOWIE S2 Divina Blue: 12 g heavier and 0.1 cm longer, with the same width and height. It is wired, and one pro uses it now.
For a near-identical footprint, the S2 Divina Blue matches the XM1R in width and height. To go wireless and lighter, the U2-DW Black is the option.
