What Mouse Does Gumayusi Use?

Why Gumayusi chose the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro CF, in Gumayusi's words

The move to the Sabre V2 Pro CF came with his signing as a Corsair global esports ambassador. Corsair's partnership announcement of 15 January 2026 says he will use the SABRE v2 PRO CF for LCK, MSI 2026 and Worlds 2026.

On the mouse itself, the only words from him concern the CORSAIR x Gumayusi Collection, which includes the SABRE v2 PRO Wireless CF Gumayusi Edition:

Every product was hand selected by me, and I worked hand in hand with the CORSAIR product team on the designs and product specifications.

SABRE v2 PRO Wireless CF GUMAYUSI Edition vs the standard model

Corsair launched the SABRE v2 PRO Wireless CF GUMAYUSI Edition as a limited edition on 7 September 2026, as part of the CORSAIR x Gumayusi Collection.

The differences are cosmetic and in the box. The edition has a black-and-gold design, a gold-accented scroll wheel, his signature and exclusive details, and two fan cards.

The hardware matches the standard SABRE v2 PRO CF: a 55g carbon-fiber unibody, the Marksman S 33K sensor and 8,000Hz polling. The edition is a choice of looks, not performance.

Gumayusi's mouse history

The longest stretch is the Razer DeathAdder V2, from December 2023 to October 2025 (22.6 months, 1.9 years). That is the longest period on any model in his history.

After it came short stints: about 15 days on the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black and about 9 days on the Razer Deathadder V3 Pro Black. The Razer Deathadder V2 Pro lasted 2.5 months, until January 2026.

The history has 5 periods and 4 switches across 5 different models. He has not returned to a model he left. The Corsair Sabre V2 Pro CF is at 8.8 months and counting.

Mousepad

He plays on the Corsair MM PRO, a cloth pad with stitched edges and a 4mm thickness. Corsair's January 2026 release lists the MM PRO Control esports-tuned cloth mouse pad as his official pad.

The pad changed alongside the mouse. He used the Razer Strider from November 2025 to January 2026, then moved to the MM PRO in January 2026.

In September 2026 Corsair also released a Gumayusi Edition MM Anti-Fray 2XL pad.

Mouse settings

In League of Legends the mouse runs at 900 DPI. The sensor's DPI range moves in steps of 50, so 900 is a native step.

Mouse Speed and Camera Move Speed are both set to 30.

Should you buy Gumayusi's mouse?

The Sabre V2 Pro CF is a wireless ambidextrous mouse, 12.3cm long, 6.4cm wide and 3.9cm tall, at 55g. The shape suits anyone who wants a low, symmetrical mouse of medium length. The Gumayusi Edition has the same specs, so choose it for the black-and-gold look.

The alternatives trade off weight, width and switch type:

• Razer Viper V3 Pro Black: 1 g lighter, 0.41 cm longer, same width, 0.09 cm taller. It has the Focus Pro 35K Optical Gen-2 sensor and Razer Optical switches. 8 pros use it now.
• Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Black: 4 g heavier, 0.12 cm longer, 0.34 cm narrower, 0.06 cm taller. It has the HERO 25K sensor and LIGHTFORCE Hybrid switches. 10 pros use it now.
• Razer Viper V4 Pro White: 6 g lighter, 0.4 cm longer, same width, 0.1 cm taller. It has the Focus Pro 30K sensor and Razer Optical Gen-4 switches. 7 pros use it now.

The Viper V3 Pro and V4 Pro match its width. The Superlight 2 is the narrowest of the three, and the Viper V4 Pro is the lightest.
